We do not compete there. What we sell is narrower: a staffed Nevada street address, documents moved the day they arrive, and a price that has no second act.

The Opening Price and the Repeating One

Bought on its own, ZenBusiness agent coverage runs $99 in the first year plus whatever the state collects at filing. Every renewal after that is $199.

Nevada handles this with a single filing: a Statement of Change of Registered Agent by Represented Entity, which NRS 77.340 authorizes and which carries the incoming agent's written acceptance. Four things happen in order.

1. Get the replacement appointed first, and only then file. ZenBusiness holds the appointment until the Secretary of State processes your change, so lining up the new agent before the paperwork moves means the two overlap rather than leaving a window when nothing on your record can accept a summons. Cancel first and you have manufactured that window yourself.
2. Fill in the statement. It wants your entity as Nevada spells it, whoever is vacating the post, and the replacement's name alongside a Nevada street address for them. No form number to chase; this state labels its filings by name.
3. Send it with $60. Either channel works: paper into the Commercial Recordings Division, or the same change keyed into SilverFlume, the state's online filing system.
4. Watch the public record flip before you close the ZenBusiness account. Confirmation is the signal, not the postmark.

Nevada's $60 is among the higher change fees in the country, and we would rather say so than let you discover it at checkout. Weighed against a $100 gap that repeats annually, it clears itself well before your next anniversary month comes around.
