Bizee's Free Window Closes Quietly. Nevada's Deadline Does Not.

Read this knowing who wrote it. Registered Agent NV.org sells Nevada agent coverage at $99 annually, which gives us a plain interest in how you decide. The Bizee figures are Bizee's own, copied from their published pricing during a July 2026 check.

The Free Months Are Worth Having

Bizee, the company that sold formations as Incfile for years, throws registered agent coverage into its formation packages without charging for it. How long that free stretch lasts depends on which package you buy: three months at the entry level, twelve at the top. If you are forming a Nevada LLC anyway and Bizee is doing the filing, the coverage is a genuine inclusion rather than a gimmick, and taking it costs you nothing at the moment you take it.

The Standalone Rate Is $149

When the bundled window closes, agent service at Bizee bills at $149 a year. Fifty dollars more than ours, repeating for as long as the company exists.

The awkward part is not the number. It is the transition. A free period that started when you filed formation paperwork ends on a date nobody circled, and the first evidence many owners get is a charge on a card they entered months earlier for something else. If you took the three-month package, the switch flips before your first quarter of trading is finished.

Two Nevada Dates, and Only One of Them Carries a Fine

Nevada owners already have a date to remember, and it is expensive to forget.

The Annual List of Managers or Managing Members is a $150 filing under NRS 86.263, due by the last day of your anniversary month, and the $200 State Business License renews on the same schedule. That is $350 to the state, every year, and Nevada does not offer a grace period. Miss it and the penalties are $75 on the list plus $100 on the license, $175 in total, with the entity dropping into Default status while the meter keeps running. Stay in default long enough and Nevada revokes the company outright.

So a Nevada business is now tracking two clocks. One belongs to the state, arrives with a penalty attached, and gets its warning notice routed through whoever holds the registered agent seat. The other belongs to a vendor, arrives with a price change attached, and gets no warning at all. We would rather you only had to track the first one, which is why a reminder ahead of your anniversary month is part of the $99 rather than an upgrade above it.

Leaving Bizee: One Filing, $60

One sequencing note worth more than the rest of that page: put us on the record before you tell Bizee anything. Nevada leaves the outgoing agent in place until the change is processed, so an overlap is the normal, safe outcome, while a cancellation sent early creates a stretch where your entity has nobody appointed to accept a lawsuit.
